DGYM participated in the prestigious InterPore 2024 conference, held from May 13 to 16 in Qingdao, China. The event provided a platform for our team to unveil cutting-edge research in the field of deep learning in geo-energy. Our PhD candidate Zhilei Han represented DGYM and led two technical presentations related to,
1) Surrogate modeling for underground hydrogen storage, titled "Surrogate modeling of underground hydrogen storage in depleted natural gas reservoirs” with PhD candidate Zhilei Han as the first author.
2) Digital core segmentation and pore-scale simulation, titled "3D pore segmentation and pore-scale simulation by deep learning” with PhD student Haotian Li as the first author.
DGYM's presence at InterPore 2024 underscores its advances in developing deep learning models crucial for the future of energy and environmental solutions.
