On October 25, 2023, PhD student Billal Aslam represented DGYM and participated in the KAUST PSE Expo, organized by the PSE Student Senate. The event aimed to showcase the diverse research activities within the PSE division and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among its members. At the expo, DGYM presented their primary research areas, which included: 1) CCUS Simulation using Deep Learning, 2) Multi-fidelity Model Calibration, 3) Robust Optimization for Geothermal Recovery, and 4) Development of Physics-based Reduced Order Models. The session facilitated engaging discussions and raised relevant questions, providing valuable feedback and insights for the ongoing research at DGYM.
