Welcome Zhilei Han and Jialing Dai to join us as a PhD student, and Zhaoyang Ma as co-supervising Postdoctoral researcher in July, 2022.

• Zhilei has 7 years experience in oil and gas industry focusing borehole geomechanics and petrophysics, and he holds M.S. and B.Sc degrees in petrophysics from China University of Petroleum (Huadong).
• Jialing holds M.S. in Geological Engineering from Nanjing University, and B.Sc in Geological Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology.
• Zhaoyang holds his PhD in Civil Engineering from Monash University in Australia.
